Since January, Richard Klotz has been training and running appointments for Penn Windows, Doors & Siding.? I first met Rich years ago in a networking group called BNI.? Rich was working for another company at the time, but it was clear to me that he had integrity and was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, friendly, and?eager to help people with their problems.? When we needed another salesman this year, Rich was the first person we asked.? I knew he could represent my family?s business with the same care and commitment as?my father and?brother.??Rich is?one of those people you instantly feel comfortable talking to ? someone you can trust.? Richard Klotz is the newest member of?Penn Windows, Doors & Siding?and specializes in home improvement sales.? If you are considering a complete home make-over,? or just looking for something as simple as a new storm door, Rich will help you to understand why our customers keep referring?Penn Windows?to family, friends and colleagues because of our quality and service!? Rich is a life-long Lehigh Valley resident, a graduate of Penn State University and has over 20 years of former sales experience.?? Residing in Bethlehem, he?s married for over 30 years with three children and two grandchildren.? Apart from Penn Windows, Rich is a former basketball coach at the high school and college level and still acts as a CYO Treasurer.? Richard also serves as an auxiliary police officer with the Borough of Emmaus and is? an active member of the Allentown Police Reserve.
